It’s a tribute to her unconditional love for the family and her passion for cooking. Anurag believes that the food served was undoubtedly an expression of love, and now, he invites you to join in this humble expression of motherly love.

“Subha – by Anuragfoodstory” takes you on a journey through the nostalgic flavours of a traditional Indian breakfast. Each dish on this informal tasting menu encapsulates the essence of beautiful Indian mornings.

Menu Highlights:

1. Masala Chai

Start your morning with spiced tea served with ghee toast.

2. Egg Bhurji/Paneer Roll

Savor paratha rolls with a filling of your choice: egg or paneer, served with sweet chilli sauce.

3. Channa Chaat

Delight in black chickpeas with fresh salad.

4. Peanut Poha

Enjoy a flattened rice-based savoury dish.

5. Banana Walnut Chocolate Bread

Relish freshly baked fruity and nutty bread.

6. Broccoli Pokora

Savor spiced semolina steamed dumplings with coconut chutney.

8. Stuffed Paratha
