At “Utsav – by Anuragfoodstory,” we invite you to embark on a mesmerizing journey through an 8-course tasting menu that represents Indian Utsav(festivals). Each dish on this exquisite menu has been carefully curated to represent the vibrant and diverse culture of India’s festivities.

An 8-Course Tasting Menu:

  1. Bhalla Papri Chat
    Experience the explosion of flavours as you savour feather-light lentil dumplings with crispy crackers, served with sweet yogurt, tamarind sauce, mint chutney, pomegranate, and sev.
  2. Moong Daal Chilla
    Delight in pan-fried lentil crepes with a creamy filling of paneer and peas, complemented by a refreshing mint yogurt dip.
  3. Mango Lassi
