Anurag Aggarwal (MasterChef UK 2023 – Finalist) proudly presents a 5-course tasting menu including a welcome drink in collaboration with the KIRA by Sunitha. The menu is inspired by his very own MasterChef journey and dishes he cooked in the show.

Come and join his “Yatra” (journey) for an evening of culinary storytelling, where each course narrates a chapter of his journey and love for exceptional food.

5-Course Tasting Menu

1. Chana Jor Garam:

Crispy masala chickpeas, accompanied by a delightful medley of cherry tomatoes, refreshing cucumber, red onion, and the burst of pomegranate, all atop a delicate rice cracker (papad). This flavourful ensemble is harmonized with a spiced yogurt drink shot, igniting your palate with the perfect balance of zest and creaminess.

2. King Prawns (Veg option - Roasted cauliflower):

Savour the flavours of pan-fried masala prawns perched elegantly upon a crispy tortilla, adorned with a sumptuous feta spread. Accompanied by crushed peas and a coconut-infused spicy sauce, this dish offers an explosion of taste. 

3. Lamb (Veg option - Spiced jackfruit):

Immerse yourself in the rich, slow-cooked flavours of a succulent leg of lamb. Served atop a bed of mustard-infused potato mash and adorned with a delicate drizzle of mint yogurt, this dish is a testament to the art of slow cooking. 

4. Chicken Supreme (Veg option - Makhani paneer):

Indulge in the decadence of a chicken breast adorned with a spiced crust and immersed in the richness of makhani sauce. Accompanied by perfectly cooked Basmati rice, a delicate cumin yogurt, and a refreshing salad of crispy okra and onions. 

5. Drunken Coffee:

Conclude your culinary journey with a sweet note. Irish cream-based custard coffee shots crowned with torched Italian meringue form the heart of this dessert. A ginger biscuit spoon and an assortment of handmade chocolates accompany this symphony of flavours, offering a delightful finale to your unforgettable evening.
